The Bistro box project was a user research case study done on the Bistro box eatery situated in NUS. We were tasked to improve the business by carrying out a series of studies to determine underlying issues and then to come up with solutions to remedy them. Some studies done were observational studies and interviews with guests and stall owners. Our solution aims to better make use of space within the business and to introduce a contactless method of ordering and paying for food.
