Dyson snapshot is a conceptual camera designed with the Dyson principles in mind. The camera takes inspiration from current Dyson products as well as modern technological products, such as smartphones and game controllers to study desirable button designs and key interactions to retain. The camera was finished in a metallic matt finish with accent Dyson colours that highlight the key functionality of the camera, envisioned to be made of a plastic blend of polycarbonate and ABS, giving it a metallic-like finish to keep its manufacturing cost low. Transparency was incorporated allowing users to view the SD cards and battery of the camera, two important components that users often forget about. Now, users can simply glance at the camera to deem whether they have everything for its use.
