Hydroveil is a hydrophilic circular coating that can be applied to windows to create 'openings' in the windows when it rains. These openings are created by water droplets that remain on the window after and during showers. This area of clarity invites the user to peer outside the window, encouraging them to observe the environment beyond the window just from this region of clarity that creates a focal point. I envisioned this to be applied on train windows to heighten the experience of travelers on long-distance trains when the window seat views are often the highlight of the journey.
