The Radial Dial was inspired by the simple turning motion of a steering wheel to move a vehicle and apply it to the snake game. This resulted in a two 'button' controller to control the snake, somewhat changing the mechanics of the game since it is traditionally played with arrow keys. The controller uses a pair of neodymium magnets for its haptics and re-centering mechanism with polished plywood making up its body.
